Mamta Agrawal Roll no. 42 A 50 yr old woman farmer by occupation resident of nakrekal presented to op with chief complaints of fever and swelling on both legs HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 days back. Then she developed fever which was insidious in onset intermittent in nature and relieved on medication(dolo) and increases during night time around 4 AM. 5 days before the onset of fever she was travelling to nearby villages in rain

Mamta Agrawal Roll no. 42 A 14 yr old male regular school going student resident of narketpally presented to opd with chief complaints of fever and pain below ear since 1 day and facial swelling since morning.  HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS- Patients was apparently asymptomatic 2 days back. Then he developed fever which was sudden in onset and pain below the ear which was pricking type and aggravated on e eating. He took (Amoxycillin and paracetamol) at home and the fever and pain su
